Residential Plot Types: Overseas Prime Residential Plots with 3.5 Year Pricing Schedule include: 7 Marla, 10 Marla Plots of 12 Marla, 1 Kanal, and 2 Kanals. Bookings begin with a 10% down payment, with prices beginning at 347,500 rupees for 7 Marla Plots.
Booking Status: New reservations for 7 Marla to 12 Marla Plots are now closed. Plots of 1 and 2 Kanals are available for reservation. The site becomes more appealing as property sizes grow, with breathtaking views. The largest residential plots are found at the top of the overseas premium block.
Payment Plan & Installment Schedule: After making a 10% house deposit, the remaining 10% is required in one month. This is followed by 42 monthly installments and 7 semi-annual installments. The payments are structured in this manner for the convenience of the clients and investors. You can, however, choose to pay in quarterly payments.
